Your First Visit
Dr. Lee and his staff will take care in getting to know each patient well and create a friendly, welcoming environment. We maintain that our dental services are comprehensive and always suited to your individual needs. During your first visit you will be asked to fill out a medical history which can be downloaded here. The form will be available at the office, but please be sure to arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete it. You can save time by emailing us the form or bringing it along to your first appointment.
Your first appointment will involve an examination to review your dental/oral health and medical history, as well as a series of radiographs. We will work closely with you to create a treatment plan that is suited to your wants and needs.

Finance
Our fees are based on the current Ontario Dental Association fee guide. We are pleased to accept cash, cheque, debit or major credit cards.
For those patients with dental insurance, we can send your claims electronically making your claim submissions and reimbursements quick and simple.
Payment is due at the time of service.
We accept new patients and would love to meet with you to discuss your unique dental needs.
